HypnoBirthing

HBbanner

HypnoBirthing is a philosophy that empowers families to experience a rewarding, relaxing, and stress free birth; based on the belief that severe discomfort does not need to be a natural accompaniment of birth when a woman is properly prepared and trusts in her birthing body. It is based on the belief that all babies should come into the world in an atmosphere of gentility, calm, and joy. Through the program birthing couples will learn deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, special breathing techniques, visualization, affirmations, and aspects of normal labor and birth which will enable them to summon natural birthing instincts and to birth a baby in safety and with ease.
